Now that we’ve had some time to sleep on it http://www.49erscheapstore.com/george-kittle-jersey-cheap , I think most of us can firmly say that yesterday sucked. Ordinarily, the morning after a loss is a great time to go after silver linings, and shift focus to the week at hand. However, yesterday was a colossal kick in the rear, and I wouldn’t blame a single one of you fine people for not being over it. Naturally, I’d hope for the same from you. It’s going to be a hot-take kind of week, and you’ve got my blessing to express yourselves (within prescribed site decorum, of course).First things first, Jimmy Garoppolo sustained a fourth quarter knee injury that is expected to be serious. Later today, he’ll meet with the team doctors for an MRI, at which time the severity of the injury will become more clear. However, the Kyle Shanahan has already announced that the team fears a torn ACL, and has already addressed his confidence in CJ Beathard as the next man up. In other major injury news, Richard Sherman will also be meeting with team doctors later today for an MRI on a calf injury he sustained in the second quarter. Although he was later seen in a walking boot, the early diagnosis has pointed towards a calf injury, and thankfully, not an Achilles rupture. The game itself wasn’t much better, as the 49ers took a colossal whooping in the first half, giving up 35 points Youth Weston Richburg Jersey , and only managing to scrape together 10 of their own in an obvious catch-up kind of game. Although the defense looked fairly serviceable against the run (despite two ground TDs), they were annihilated through the air early and often. Luckily for the box score fans, garbage time started early and the 49ers were able to compile some success after the half. Into the fourth quarter, Jimmy Garoppolo had driven into the Chiefs redzone, threatening to bring the lead to just one touchdown. He was injured on a scramble that will likely be hotly debated for some time - whether the injury was non-contact or due to an ill-advised cutback. On CJ Beathard’s first play in relief of Groptimus Dime, he threw the ugliest pass I’ve ever seen into the arms of his former Iowa teammate George Kittle for a score. Because it’s clear at this point that the Football Deities have it out for 49ers fans, the refs called it back on a universally-panned offensive pass interference call. This was one of the more deflating games in recent memory, and it’ll be very important to see how the team responds to this type of crushing adversity. The 49ers play the Los Angeles Chargers of San Diego next Sunday.Game in ReviewWeek 3 analysis || Maiocco, NBC Sports Bay Area | Almquist, KNBR | Lowder, Ninerswire | Madson, NinerswireWeek 3 review || Biderman, Sac Bee | Associated Press via ESPN | Madson, NinerswireInjuries, Roster & Depth Chart49ers confident in CJ Beathard to step in || Maiocco, NBC Sports Bay Area | Almquist, KNBR | Wagoner, ESPN | Madson, NinerswireRichard Sherman to undergo MRI on calf on Monday || Maiocco Cheap Fred Warner Jersey , NBC Sports Bay Area | Montero, KNBR | Madson, NinerswireJimmy Garoppolo sustains serious injury || Ochoa, 4th & 9 | Maiocco, NBC Sports Bay Area | Montero, KNBR | Almquist, KNBR | Biderman, Sac Bee | Wagoner, ESPN | Madson, Ninerswire“Next man up” is a hollow platitude || Ratto, NBC Sports Bay Area The Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2019 was announced on the eve of the Super Bowl, and 49ers fans may be disappointed. John Lynch did not get in, again (his sixth time) and Isaac Bruce also did not make it in. Both do not have tight connections with the 49ers. Bruce played the final two seasons of his career, having spent the rest of it with the then-St. Louis Rams (his rookie year they were in Los Angeles, in case you’re keeping track). John Lynch spent his playing career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos before becoming the general manager of the 49ers in 2017. 2020 brings with it some more eligibility for familiar and tenured 49ers ... Carlos Rogers!Ok, that’s a cut-and-paste job from Fooch’s joke this time last year, but really what we’re bringing up is Patrick Willis. The argument we’ll be hearing is how his career was short. Short or not,the 49ers were a different team when he was on the field. In the locker room, Willis was the consummate professional and he was very active in the community off the field. And yes Youth Brock Coyle Jersey , the selection committee does look at this when deciding on selection—look at the delays to let Terrell Owens in. Despite the praise, ability, and pedigree, the Hall will most likely keep him out. At least for his first couple of years. Longevity can’t be ignored and Willis’ brief career is what is going keep him on the outside looking in. If he got a Super Bowl ring that may have swung a different direction, but he has none. Then there’s Justin Smith, a player that is also deserving and has a better chance of making it in. Cowboy, as some people called him was fearless, durable, and the backbone of the 49ers’ defensive line during the Jim Harbaugh years.Smith demanded double teams on every play or the opposing team’s quarterback would pay dearly for it. When Aldon Smith was drafted, Justin’s double teams allowed Aldon ample opportunity to run around the edge. When they were healthy, this made a filthy defensive line that was downright unfair. When teams tried to double-team Aldon in response of his productivity, Justin would just bullrush the single offensive linemen into the quarterback and take them both down at times.Justin Smith might not be a first-ballot hall of famer, but he has a much better chance of getting in at some point. That class also has Maurice Jones-Drew, Reggie Wayne, and Troy Polamalu. Of those three I think Polamalu has the best chance of getting in on the first ballot. Polamalu has two Super Bowl rings on the first page of a book of stats so thick, it’d put an address book to shame. When do you see Patrick Willis or Justin Smith getting in?
